By using Opus(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

Opusprovides free AI-powered vocal separation tools. You can upload audio files and receive processed versions — for example, an instrumental track with lead vocals removed. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the legal right to process
• Use the Service to infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose
• Upload malware, illegal content, or content depicting minors inappropriately

Copyright and ownership

You retain all rights to audio you upload. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal right to process the uploaded audio for your intended use.

The copyright of any original song remains with its rights holders. Separating a song into stems does not transfer or waive those rights. You are solely responsible for any use you make of processed output, including whether that use qualifies as fair use, private study, or requires a license.

If you believe content generated or hosted via the Service infringes your copyright, email sathvik@hashiraworks.com with a DMCA-style notice (identification of the work, the URL involved, your contact information, and a good-faith statement).

No account, no guarantee

The Service does not require an account. We do not guarantee uptime, specific processing quality, or that processed files will be available beyond 1 hour after generation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPUS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
